Description

Lead end-to-end development for insurance products on the Duck Creek Platform, owning technical direction and team delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers through design, development, integration, and testing of product features.
• Own the technical direction of Innovation & Enablement projects to ensure quality execution.
• Develop and modify applications using Duck Creek Policy Configuration and Integration.
• Analyze program logic to resolve malfunctions and implement required changes.
• Mentor staff members and lead customer discussions regarding base functionality and customization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• 6+ years of experience in Duck Creek Policy Configuration and Integration.
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Java, ASP.NET, IIS, SQL Server, HTML, XML, CSS, and XSLT.
• 5+ years of leadership experience within cross-functional teams or programs.
• 8+ years of experience within the insurance industry.
• Deep knowledge of commercial and specialty insurance products and operational processes.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Machine Learning and testing frameworks.
• 3-6 years of experience on the Duck Creek Policy Platform delivering capabilities for multiple lines of business.
