Description

You will lead the development of core Java-based multi-tier platforms and complex enterprise systems. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack solutions, including frontends, middleware, services, and backend interfaces.
• Architect microservices and micro front-ends to support distributed enterprise frameworks.
• Drive technical architecture decisions for complex downstream interfaces and database integrations.
• Implement DevOps and development automation within cloud environments.
• Apply Agile techniques including ATDD, TDD, and continuous integration to the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with Core Java and multi-tier platforms.
• 5+ years of development experience with JavaScript and ReactJS.
• 5+ years of experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• 5+ years of experience with NoSQL, specifically MongoDB or other document databases.
• 5+ years of Cloud development experience.
• 5+ years of DevOps and development automation experience in cloud environments.
• Proficiency with GitHub, Splunk, and Messaging/Kafka.
• Experience working within Scrum/Agile frameworks.
• Domain experience in Wealth and Investment Management.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Agile practices such as Pairing, Automated Testing, and Agile Games.
