Description

Define and drive end-to-end architecture and delivery for Java-based enterprise applications in the Telecom domain. Design scalable microservices solutions, mentor development teams, and ensure strict adherence to architectural standards and security best practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture and create High Level Design (HLD) and Low Level Design (LLD) documents.
• Design and implement microservices solutions using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to onsite-offshore development teams.
• Architect and govern cloud-native solutions on AWS, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Support production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and drive long-term fixes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, including 4+ years in Technical or Solution Architect roles.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java (8+) and Spring Boot.
• Proven experience in Microservices Architecture and designing RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• CI/CD pipeline experience using Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Telecom domain experience is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, SSO security models.
• Experience with observability tools (logging, monitoring, tracing).
