Lead a team of Java developers to build and deliver compliant healthcare software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Java developers by setting objectives, providing mentorship, and managing workload allocation.
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, defining scope and requirements in alignment with healthcare standards.
• Guide technical design, enforce coding standards, and resolve complex architectural challenges.
• Ensure all software solutions comply with US healthcare regulations and industry requirements.
• Oversee quality assurance processes, including code reviews, testing, and defect resolution.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Java software development with a focus on healthcare service delivery.
• Proven experience in team leadership and people management.
• Deep knowledge of US healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Strong ability to communicate technical progress and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
• Expertise in applying Java design patterns and maintaining high code quality.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare-related certifications such as PAHM or FAHM.
