Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML/NLP/Gen AI models.
• Translate business use cases into technical solutions and drive end-to-end implementation.
• Design and build scalable, production-grade machine learning systems.
• Mentor and lead data science and ML engineering teams, ensuring code quality and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML solution delivery.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Deep expertise in Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP for model deployment.
• Solid understanding of MLOps practices and algorithms.
• Experience leading medium to large AI/ML teams.
