Description

You will lead technical teams in developing a global enterprise integration product and transforming logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineering teams, including onshore and offshore resources.
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot Java microservices and APIs.
• Build and automate CI/CD pipelines while enhancing cloud infrastructure.
• Coordinate releases through pre-release checks, deployments, and post-release validation.
• Collaborate with architects to design solutions and participate in all Scrum ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven experience in a Technical Lead role.
• Expertise in Java, including Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Spring Cloud Data Flow.
• Strong knowledge of Java architectural principles and microservices design.
• Experience with cloud-based implementations, specifically Azure.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and containerization using Docker and HELM.
• Orchestration with K8s, AKS, or EKS.
• Observability tools such as ELK, Open-Telemetry, or Azure Monitor.
