Description

You will lead the analysis phase and technical execution for migration projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis workshops to define migration requirements and conduct feasibility studies with business and technical teams.
• Own the technical solution for the project and evaluate technology options for integration.
• Clarify technical requirements for developers to ensure products meet initial specifications.
• Coordinate with technical teams to review and own migration jobs.
• Support business users during UAT and hypercare phases.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in technical analysis or leadership roles.
• Experience leading requirements workshops and feasibility assessments.
• Proven ability to manage technical solution design and technology evaluations.
• Direct experience coordinating migration jobs and technical workflows.
• Proficiency with ignio.
• Proficiency with DigitalWorkspace.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
