You will lead web application development, manage the engineering team, and handle production troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle web application development, including feature maintenance and new functionality implementation.
• Manage team members, ensuring delivery timelines and supporting career growth.
• Resolve real-time production issues through hands-on coding and troubleshooting.
• Maintain technical documentation and enforce design and coding standards.
• Collaborate with architects to ensure unit test coverage and drive process improvements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• 6+ years of specific experience with the Laravel framework.
• Proficiency in JavaScript stacks: Angular, React, or Vue.
• Strong expertise in modern HTML and CSS.
• Experience with web services integrations using REST and SOAP.
• Hands-on MySQL management and optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of web server configuration, security, and performance scaling.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and software build cycles.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Java, Python, .NET, or Flutter.
• Experience with Go (Golang).
