Description

Define and execute the overall technical architecture and engineering strategy for the platform, translating business objectives into scalable, secure technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee end-to-end DevSecOps and CI/CD delivery pipelines.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Communicate architectural decisions, risks, and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Owners, UX teams, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, and technology standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in Java, .NET, Node.js, React, Angular, and GraphQL.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong background in CI/CD, DevSecOps, and automated testing.
• Expertise in cloud-native application design and distributed architectures.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and application security.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM platforms and relational databases (DB2, SQL).
• Familiarity with Cloudflare and edge computing technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience modernizing legacy Perl applications.
• Background in State or public sector technology projects.
