Description
You will own the technical strategy and architecture for Copilot and Fabric Agents.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end architecture for Data ingestion, Lakehouse/Warehouse modeling, and Semantic layer for Copilot and AI Agents.
- Define architecture patterns for Grounded AI, Context-aware Copilot experiences, and secure data access.
- Govern Microsoft Fabric workspace strategy, OneLake architecture, and Lakehouse vs Warehouse patterns.
- Define Copilot and Fabric Agent architecture patterns, establishing standards for agent instructions and grounding strategies.
- Act as the primary technical advisor to Product Owners and business stakeholders, translating goals into technical architecture.
Required Skills
- 15+ years of experience in data, analytics, or platform architecture.
- 4+ years designing AI or GenAI solutions.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric, including OneLake, Lakehouse, and Warehouse architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and designing semantic models in Power BI for AI consumption.
- Experience with Copilot and Fabric Agents architecture and configuration.
- Knowledge of prompt lifecycle management, hallucination mitigation, and grounding/retrieval strategies.
- Strong understanding of Data Architecture, Analytical data modeling, and Metadata-driven design.
- Familiarity with security concepts like RBAC and RLS enforcement within an AI governance model.
- Proven leadership in technical teams or leading POCs, with strong technical decision-making ability.
