You will own the technical strategy and architecture for Copilot and Fabric Agents.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architecture for Data ingestion, Lakehouse/Warehouse modeling, and Semantic layer for Copilot and AI Agents.
• Define architecture patterns for Grounded AI, Context-aware Copilot experiences, and secure data access.
• Govern Microsoft Fabric workspace strategy, OneLake architecture, and Lakehouse vs Warehouse patterns.
• Establish standards for agent instructions and grounding strategies for Copilot and Fabric Agent architecture.
• Translate product goals into technical architecture as the primary advisor to Product Owners and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in data, analytics, or platform architecture.
• 4+ years designing AI or GenAI solutions.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric, including OneLake, Lakehouse, and Warehouse architecture.
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and designing semantic models in Power BI for AI consumption.
• Experience with Copilot and Fabric Agents architecture and configuration.
• Knowledge of prompt lifecycle management, hallucination mitigation, and grounding/retrieval strategies.
• Strong understanding of Data Architecture, Analytical data modeling, and Metadata-driven design.
• Familiarity with security concepts like RBAC and RLS enforcement within an AI governance model.

Preferred Skills

• Proven leadership in technical teams or leading POCs, with strong technical decision-making ability.
