Description

Lead the design and implementation of complex Workday integration architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end integration solutions using Workday Studio and orchestration patterns.
• Develop and maintain integrations via PECI, WECI, and standard APIs.
• Transform and map data structures using XSLT.
• Ensure robust error handling and performance optimization across all integration touchpoints.
• Collaborate with business analysts to define technical requirements for integration projects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of technical experience in enterprise software or integration engineering.
• Deep expertise in Workday Studio for building complex integrations.
• Proficiency with Workday Enterprise Cloud Interface (PECI) and Web Services Enterprise Interface (WECI).
• Strong command of REST/SOAP APIs for system communication.
• Advanced skills in XSLT for data transformation and mapping.
• Experience with orchestration frameworks and patterns within the Workday ecosystem.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

• Workday Integration certification.
• Experience with cloud-native integration platforms.
