Description
You will lead the design, architecture, and delivery of high-availability marketing and application solutions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and review all design and architecture for assigned marketing solutions.
- Partner with business and IT teams to ensure requirements are understood and solutions meet organizational security standards.
- Manage IT build and run activities for Marketing and other applications using Agile methodologies.
- Maintain internal process and documentation standards, including design, coding, testing, and code reviews.
- Implement proactive monitoring across all solutions to reduce application impact and identify automation opportunities.
Required Skills
- 8 years of system engineering experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 12 years of experience with a High School Diploma/GED.
- 3+ years of experience working with Marketing solutions using SaaS platforms across MarTech and AdTech.
- 3 years of experience designing scalable applications.
- 2 years of experience leading a team.
- 4+ years of managing high-availability technology solutions across Java and other platforms.
- 1+ years of experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions.
- 1+ years of experience with Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions.
- Proficiency with monitoring tools and dashboards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Java, Oracle, Apache, Unix, Linux, and Windows environments.
- Knowledge of Preference and Consent, Email, and SMS activation platforms.
- Proficiency with documentation and diagramming tools like Visio.
