Description

You will lead the design, architecture, and delivery of high-availability marketing and application solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and review design and architecture for marketing solutions to ensure alignment with organizational standards.
• Manage IT build and run activities for Marketing and other applications using Agile methodologies.
• Partner with business and IT teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.
• Maintain documentation standards including design docs, coding, testing, and code review processes.
• Implement proactive monitoring across solutions to reduce application downtime and impact.

Required Skills

• 8 years of system engineering experience (or 12 years without a Bachelor’s Degree).
• 3+ years of experience with MarTech and AdTech SaaS platforms.
• 3 years of experience designing scalable applications.
• 2 years of experience leading a team.
• 4+ years of managing high-availability technology solutions across Java and other platforms.
• 1+ years of experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions.
• 1+ years of experience with Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions.
• Proficiency in monitoring tools and dashboards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java, Oracle, Apache, Unix, and Windows environments.
• Experience with Preference and Consent, Email, and SMS activation platforms.
• Proficiency with diagramming tools like Visio.
