You will lead a technical team to design, implement, and maintain scalable full-stack systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction and make architectural decisions through formal reviews and design documentation.
• Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
• Define project scope, estimate timelines, and manage resources using Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Translate customer goals into detailed technical requirements and project roadmaps.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs, database models, and efficient caching strategies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall software experience with 3+ years as a Full-Stack Lead.
• 5+ years of experience building software for production environments.
• 3+ years of development experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
• 3+ years of experience with modern web libraries such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• 3+ years of experience working with ORMs and in Linux/Unix environments.
• Expertise in AWS cloud technologies, specifically RDS, EC2, S3, and ElastiCache.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, DOM manipulation, and React workflows like Redux or Flux.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Redis caching, JSON Web Tokens, and Git version control.
• Proficiency in unit testing using frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IoT, Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation or Terraform), or OpenADR protocols.
• Domain expertise in Energy, Utility, or Aggregator software.
