Description

Plan and execute deployment of VisionEDGE solutions in customer environments, managing production deployments for on-premise and cloud-based applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to assess infrastructure and define deployment strategies.
• Provide onsite support for installation and upgrades, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot web applications built using Core Java.
• Manage production deployments for on-premise and cloud-based software applications.
• Maintain proficiency in Linux commands and create bash scripts for system management.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and Angular.
• Hands-on experience with digital signage and DOOH platforms.
• Expertise in integrating OEG and Darktonics scoreboards.
• Experience working with AFL/NFL game feeds.
• Understanding of video technologies: codecs, streaming, and encoding/decoding.
• Familiarity with set-top box devices and Linux administration.
• ITIL support process knowledge, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to the sports and entertainment industry.
• Work experience as a support engineer for software products.
