Description

You will drive the evolution of trading platforms by bridging complex business requirements with scalable technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineering teams, enforcing code quality standards like SOLID principles.
• Design and implement end-to-end, low-latency solutions using .NET Core and AWS.
• Act as the primary technical contact for Product, QA, DevOps, and Business Stakeholders.
• Contribute to core framework development and conduct rigorous code reviews.
• Oversee system health, performance tuning, and incident response for mission-critical applications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• 8+ years building high-throughput microservices with .NET / .NET Core (C#).
• Proven experience designing cloud-native architectures on AWS (Lambda, EC2, EKS, ECS, S3, SQS/SNS, API Gateway).
• Deep experience with relational databases, specifically SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Understanding of Capital Markets/Trading systems (OMS, EMS, FIX protocol).
• Familiarity with Kafka and NoSQL databases like DynamoDB or Aurora.
• Ability to translate complex technical issues to business stakeholders.
