Description

You will lead the architecture and delivery of scalable trading platforms, bridging business requirements with technical execution. You will mentor engineers, maintain hands-on development involvement, and ensure the stability of mission-critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, enforcing code quality standards and SOLID principles.
• Architect and implement low-latency, highly available solutions using .NET Core and AWS.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews and contribute to core framework development.
• Optimize complex database schemas for high-performance data retrieval and integrity.
• Oversee system health, performance tuning, and incident response for trading applications.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in .NET / .NET Core (C#) building high-throughput microservices and APIs.
• Proven expertise in AWS services including Lambda, EC2, EKS, ECS/Fargate, S3, SQS/SNS, and API Gateway.
• Strong proficiency with RDBMS (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB, Aurora), including query optimization.
• Experience with message streaming via Kafka.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Significant experience in Capital Markets/Trading, including knowledge of OMS, EMS, or FIX protocol.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language for stakeholders.
• Proven track record of resolving architectural bottlenecks in high-pressure environments.
