Description

You will lead the engineering of cloud-native trading platforms, focusing on low-latency microservices and team mentorship.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineering teams, enforcing SOLID principles and strict code quality standards.
• Design and implement scalable, low-latency microservices using .NET Core and AWS.
• Architect and optimize complex database schemas to ensure real-time trading data integrity.
• Coordinate with Product, QA, and DevOps to align technical roadmaps with business objectives.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute directly to core framework development.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in .NET and .NET Core (C#).
• Proven track record building high-throughput microservices and APIs.
• Deep expertise in AWS services: Lambda, EC2, EKS, ECS/Fargate, S3, SQS/SNS, and API Gateway.
• Strong proficiency with Kafka and RDBMS (SQL Server).
• Experience with Relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB, Aurora) databases.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Domain knowledge in Capital Markets, including OMS, EMS, FIX protocol, or market data.

Preferred Skills

• Experience optimizing system health and performance tuning for mission-critical applications.
• Ability to translate complex technical constraints into business-friendly language.
