Description

Lead engineering efforts for trading platforms by architecting cloud-native solutions on AWS and managing a high-performing team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement low-latency, scalable microservices using .NET Core and AWS services.
• Lead and mentor engineers, enforcing SOLID principles and maintaining high code quality standards.
• Optimize database schemas and query performance for real-time data integrity across RDBMS and NoSQL systems.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Coordinate with Product, QA, and DevOps to align technical roadmaps with trading business goals.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of backend development experience with .NET / .NET Core (C#).
• Strong proficiency in AWS services including Lambda, EC2, EKS, ECS/Fargate, S3, SQS/SNS, and API Gateway.
• Experience with message streaming via Kafka and relational databases like SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB or Aurora.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Deep understanding of Capital Markets domain, including OMS, EMS, FIX protocol, and market data feeds.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record of resolving architectural bottlenecks in high-pressure trading environments.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for stakeholders.
