Description

You own the architecture and delivery of scalable mobile applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable mobile apps using React Native and ReactJS.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure data-driven decisions.
• Drive the implementation of tracking, analytics (Mixpanel, Segment, Firebase Analytics), and performance monitoring.
• Optimize for performance, responsiveness, offline usability, and scale across diverse geographies and devices.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in mobile development with a strong focus on React Native and ReactJS.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and in-depth knowledge of the React ecosystem.
• Experience building consumer-scale mobile applications with a focus on performance and usability.
• Hands-on experience implementing event tracking, user funnels, and cohort analysis.
• Familiarity with native modules and third-party integrations (Push Notifications, Deep Links, etc.).
• Experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and agile delivery processes.
• Proven leadership skills and experience mentoring or managing engineers.
• Knowledge of backend technologies including Golang, Java, Node.js, Python, Ruby, Django, Express.js, Flask, Hibernate, and J2EE.

Preferred Skills

• Experience optimizing applications for diverse geographies and devices.
• Strong background in data-driven product decisions.
