Lead technical implementation and architecture for scalable backend systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement microservices-based architectures using Java and Spring.
• Develop high-performance backend services with Spring Boot, MVC, and JPA.
• Manage asynchronous messaging workflows via Kafka, JMS, or AMQ.
• Apply data structures and algorithms to solve complex technical problems.
• Ensure code quality through strict adherence to OOP principles and multi-threading.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep expertise in Java and J2EE.
• Practical experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and JPA.
• Strong knowledge of Hibernate.
• Proven track record building and maintaining microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, JMS, or AMQ.
• Strong command of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Solid understanding of OOP and multi-threading concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical teams or mentoring junior engineers.
• Familiarity with cloud-native deployment patterns.
