Description

You will lead development efforts in workflow automation and BPO processes, leveraging strong expertise in .NET technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust automation solutions for BPO workflows.
• Drive technical decisions and code quality within the engineering team.
• Maintain and evolve existing .NET applications using C# and VB.NET.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for automation tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET coding practices.
• Hands-on experience with VB.NET.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least two of the core technologies: C#, .NET, or VB.NET.
• Experience building or maintaining workflow automation systems.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality code.

Preferred Skills

• Background in BPO domain automation.
• Experience leading small technical teams or mentoring junior engineers.
