You will lead technical teams in designing, developing, and deploying digital solutions that align with business objectives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction for the design, development, and deployment of digital solutions.
• Manage project execution from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverable standards are met.
• Oversee the integration of new digital solutions with existing systems and platforms.
• Mentor technical team members and foster an environment of continuous learning.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure success.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in technical roles, with 3-5 years in a leadership position.
• Proficiency in Java, SQL, and Oracle.
• Experience with .NET frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of cloud computing, AI/ML, IoT, and blockchain.
• Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Background in software development and system integration.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
