Lead the technical direction for Salesforce solutions, focusing on Financial Services Cloud architecture and delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable solutions using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and oversee implementation.
• Manage code quality, testing, and adherence to deployment best practices.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Manage delivery timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation for projects.

Required Skills

• 7–10 years of Salesforce development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and Security Frameworks.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise Salesforce implementations.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications, particularly in Financial Services Cloud.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices and deployment automation tools.
