Description

You will lead the design, development, and integration of 5G NR protocol software.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, verification, and integration of 5G NR protocol software.
• Drive system performance improvements with a focus on quality and reliability.
• Oversee development processes, mentor the team, and enforce software design principles and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide technical guidance to the development team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in LTE/5G NR Layer 2 protocol design, implementation, and optimization per 3GPP specifications.
• Strong programming and debugging expertise in C/C++.
• Sound knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, UDP, and SCTP.
• Proven experience analyzing and debugging gNodeB issues, including log file analysis.
• Proficiency with Git for version control and JIRA for project management.
• Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for scalable solutions.
