Description

You will lead the development and testing of AI-driven applications, owning their technical design and architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical design and architecture of applications using modern AI/ML workflows.
• Develop applications using AI-assisted coding platforms like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Amazon Q.
• Design and optimize prompt engineering meta templates for AI-assisted development workflows.
• Architect and deploy scalable applications on AWS or Azure using standard cloud services.
• Develop RAG systems using Python, integrating vector databases and OpenAI/Claude APIs.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of software development experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in Agentic AI and Agentic AI development.
• Proficiency in Python and NLP.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Strong background in Prompt Engineering.
• Experience building RAG systems.
• Familiarity with OpenAI and Claude APIs.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot.
