Description

Lead the design, architecture, and development of the flagship product and a team of 4-6 engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4-6 engineers to deliver technical requirements and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with product managers and architects to design high-quality technical solutions.
• Build proof of concepts and early prototypes, scaling them into production-ready systems.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure clean, well-documented, and performing code.
• Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges while safeguarding scalability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a product-based company delivering mission-critical projects.
• Proficiency in Python, PHP, and SQL.
• Extensive experience with AWS, specifically CDK, Lambda, and ECS.
• Extensive experience with message queue systems including RabbitMQ, Kafka, and Celery.
• Expert knowledge of databases, language runtimes, multithreading, and caches.
• Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting software.
• Ability to set up monitoring and alerts for services.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
