Description

You will lead technical execution and mentor the development team.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from conceptualization through final execution, handling scope and change requests.
• Guide the team in defining technical architecture, including finalizing DB schemas.
• Review and improve code quality, performance, stability, and scalability of deliverables.
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance and support.
• Interact with clients to define technical specifications and business functional requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing RDBMS databases, specifically Postgres, MySQL/MariaDB.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including services like S3, Lambda, and EC2.
• Experience in developing technical/software design applications.
• Experience in client relationship management and project coordination within an onsite-offshore model.
