You will lead the design and development of scalable microservices and distributed systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Mentor junior developers and guide technical decision-making within the team.
• Manage and optimize search platforms including Solr or Elasticsearch.
• Implement caching technologies and high-throughput messaging queues using Kafka.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Proven experience designing and implementing distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Redis, or Aerospike.
• Proficiency with RDBMS and caching technologies.
• Experience with Kafka or high-throughput messaging queues.
• Experience managing search platforms like Solr or Elasticsearch.
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any Graduate equivalent.
