Description

Drive solution design and technical delivery for complex data problems in Bethesda, MD. You will own the end-to-end technical lifecycle, from architecture to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and development teams to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Develop, execute tests, and analyze data to identify and resolve defects.
• Manage the SDLC process, including peer reviews and deployment documentation.
• Track and report project impediments to guarantee project completion.

Required Skills

• 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in solution and technical delivery.
• End-to-end experience with AWS, S3, Snowflake, and Hadoop.
• Proficiency in Python, Unix shell scripting, and SQL.
• Experience with Airflow, NiFi, Spark (Scala/PySpark), and Kafka (Stream).
• Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts and AWS storage services.
• Practical experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments.
• Expertise in data analysis and enterprise solution design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise-scale data pipelines.
