Description

Lead a team of software developers while contributing hands-on to a cloud-native SaaS platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive architectural decisions and technical strategy for the SaaS platform.
• Oversee coding, design, and maintenance while contributing to critical features.
• Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.
• Mentor developers through code reviews and career development support.
• Collaborate with product management to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on coding experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• 4+ years of proven experience leading and mentoring software development teams.
• In-depth experience building software stacks using AWS (Lambda, Docker/ECS, EC2, CloudFormation).
• UI development experience using Angular, TypeScript, and HTML.
• Experience with Relational or NoSQL databases.
• Experience writing tests using JUnit and Cypress.
• Strong track record of making architectural decisions from conception to delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience enforcing coding standards and best practices across the team.
