You will lead complex infrastructure and platform engineering initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows Server environments, including patching, tuning, and fault resolution.
• Oversee and harden AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, PKI, and domain services.
• Administer M365 workloads like Exchange Online, Teams, and Intune, implementing security policies.
• Manage Citrix CVAD and ADC, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Own technical integration processes for enterprise applications across infrastructure layers.
• Lead 24x7 NOC operations, developing runbooks and driving incident response improvements.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of working experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Expertise administering Microsoft identity services (AD, Azure AD, Intune, M365).
• Proficiency in Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
• Strong scripting capabilities using PowerShell.
• Experience administering Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD).
• Familiarity with VMware vSphere/ESXi cluster operations.
• Experience with enterprise monitoring platforms like Solarwinds.
• Knowledge of core network/directory services: GPO, DNS, DHCP.
• Familiarity with integration standards like APIs, SAML, and SCIM.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with identity lifecycle management tools (e.g., ARS).
• Experience defining and monitoring SLIs/SLOs for SRE practices.
