Description

Lead the design and development of Enterprise SaaS solutions while providing technical mentorship to the engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software based on technical requirements and specifications.
• Translate software requirements into maintainable solutions within existing application frameworks.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on engineering solutions.
• Maintain and support existing J2EE applications and identify system improvements.
• Develop and deploy Enterprise SaaS solutions using CI/CD and automation tools.

Required Skills

• Extensive development experience with Java 8+ and Core Java.
• Hands-on experience with Spring and Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of Microservices and Web Services.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• In-depth knowledge of relational databases including MS SQL and DB2.
• Experience with AWS cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with Redis caching technologies.
• Practical experience working within Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Experience with CI/CD and automation tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with J2EE applications.
