Description

You will lead technical decision-making and ensure application quality for Mendix projects through hands-on guidance and code reviews.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Enforce technical standards and provide direct developer guidance on code quality.
• Develop, execute, and automate test plans and specifications for Mendix applications.
• Manage sprint testing, test case registration, and data management workflows.
• Report testing results and quality metrics to the project manager.
• Implement necessary changes directly to resolve quality issues.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Mendix platform development.
• At least 2 years of experience in QA and testing.
• Experience working within Agile sprint cycles.
• Fluency in French or Dutch and working proficiency in the other.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Ability to organize work independently and learn new processes quickly.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication skills for conveying complex technical information.
