Lead the development of embedded Linux solutions while mentoring the technical team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the team in developing embedded Linux systems.
• Design and implement software solutions aligned with technical and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate embedded Linux solutions.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot system issues, and provide technical guidance.
• Optimize hardware-software integration and overall system performance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in RedHat Linux and Windows administration and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in C programming for embedded systems.
• Strong experience developing embedded Linux solutions.
• Deep knowledge of the Linux kernel and device drivers.
• Experience with enterprise-level RedHat Linux and Windows upgrades.
• Expertise in designing, installing, configuring, and maintaining Server OS and utilities.
• Experience with builds, package installs, and performance tuning of Kernel and Network parameters.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications in embedded systems and Linux development.
