Description

You will lead testing efforts for C# software applications, owning the design and execution of test strategies while mentoring junior team members.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for C# applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify, track, and resolve defects.
• Ensure adherence to testing best practices and quality standards.
• Mentor and guide junior testing team members on technical skills and methodologies.
• Report testing progress and results to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with C# programming (5+ years).
• Deep knowledge of software testing concepts, tools, and methodologies.
• Proven ability to design and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts.
• Experience collaborating with developers to troubleshoot and fix defects.
• Understanding of testing best practices and quality assurance standards.
• Leadership skills to support and guide junior testers.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to automated testing frameworks.
