Job Responsibilities include:
Architect and design scalable Marketo environments, including governance frameworks, partition strategies, and lifecycle models.
Develop and manage Marketo programs such as email campaigns, nurture flows, scoring models, and automation workflows.
Lead system integrations with CRM platforms like Salesforce and ensure efficient data management and segmentation.
Provide technical leadership by defining best practices, reviewing builds, and mentoring team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure platform optimization, performance, and alignment with marketing and business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
6–10+ years of experience in marketing technology with strong focus on Marketo.
Deep expertise in Adobe Marketo Engage, CRM integration (Salesforce), and marketing automation architecture.
Proven ability to lead technical teams, design scalable solutions, and manage complex integrations and data strategies
