You will architect and design scalable Marketo environments, define governance frameworks, and lead technical teams to deliver complex marketing automation solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable Marketo environments, including partition strategies and lifecycle models.
• Develop and manage Marketo programs such as email campaigns, nurture flows, and scoring models.
• Lead system integrations with CRM platforms like Salesforce to ensure efficient data management.
• Define best practices, review builds, and mentor team members on technical standards.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring platform performance.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in marketing technology with a strong focus on Adobe Marketo Engage.
• Deep expertise in Adobe Marketo Engage and marketing automation architecture.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex integrations.
• Strong experience with CRM integration, specifically Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Ability to design scalable solutions and manage data strategies.
