Description

Lead technical implementation and delivery of Security Hub, translating architectural designs into executable engineering plans for large-scale enterprise environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in platform, integration, DevOps, data, and QA to ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with architecture standards.
• Oversee deployment and configuration of Security Hub services on OpenShift/Kubernetes, ensuring scalability, resiliency, and security requirements.
• Drive event-driven integrations using Kafka and enterprise patterns, including telemetry ingestion, normalization, and orchestration pipelines.
• Integrate with Keycloak, Ranger, OpenShift APIs, ServiceNow, Vault/Venafi, DataHub, and StorageGRID to validate end-to-end data flows.
• Coordinate CI/CD pipelines, release management, and comprehensive testing while supporting production deployment and operational readiness.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software, platform, cloud, or security engineering.
• 5+ years leading technical teams on large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Strong expertise in OpenShift/Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands-on experience in Python, Java, or similar enterprise technologies.
• Strong knowledge of API development and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with Kafka or event-streaming platforms.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing Security Hub, SIEM, SOAR, SOC, CNAPP, or CSPM platforms.
• Experience with OpenShift-based enterprise platforms or building event-driven architectures.
