Description

You will lead a team of software developers while maintaining a hands-on role in technical design and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of developers, monitoring workloads and providing technical or functional support.
• Design, develop, and analyze system enhancements and break fixes using .Net Core, Microservices, and Web API.
• Own task estimation, scheduling, and planning using JIRA.
• Conduct code reviews, peer reviews, and functional testing to ensure quality.
• Optimize straight-through processing by tuning applications and databases.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in .Net Core and .Net Technologies.
• Experience with Microservices and Web API architectures.
• Proficiency with AWS.
• Proven ability in technical design, functional analysis, and impact analysis.
• Experience with JIRA for project scheduling and task management.
• Ability to prepare functional specifications and manage deliverable reviews.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams to streamline production release strategies and migration activities.
• Maintain and support existing systems via support tickets.
