Description

Lead technical delivery and architectural decisions across full-stack environments, managing non-direct reports to achieve project results in a multi-functional setting.

Responsibilities

• Triage complex technical problems into manageable units for execution.
• Design and implement solutions involving business, data, and technical architecture.
• Collaborate across multi-cultural teams to build consensus on technical requirements.
• Ensure software quality and alignment with customer and end-user needs.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical lead role.
• Proficiency in JAVA and J2EE.
• Strong backend development with .NET Framework (v4.5+) and C# (v5+).
• Experience with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF/SOAP) and Web-API (REST/JSON).
• Proficiency in MS SQL Server, including queries and database objects.
• Expertise in JavaScript and jQuery.
• Foundational knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Understanding of Windows Server, IIS, and Windows services from a deployment perspective.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leveraging architectural tools to drive technical strategy.
