Lead architecture, design, and development of enterprise applications while mentoring development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce coding standards, design guidelines, and best practices across the team.
• Design and develop secure, scalable web applications using ASP.NET Framework, .NET 10, and React.
• Perform code reviews to ensure high code quality, maintainability, and performance.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance for backend and frontend stacks.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot and automated testing practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in ASP.NET Framework and .NET 10.
• Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Proficiency in C# and building RESTful APIs or microservices.
• Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle databases.
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub workflows, pull requests, and code reviews.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture and application security standards.
• Familiarity with EF Core, Dapper, or Agile/Scrum methodologies.
