Lead the technical direction for complex data and AI initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect modern data solutions including data lakes, warehouses, and real-time streaming platforms.
• Design and implement ML/AI systems, covering model training, feature stores, and MLOps.
• Establish data governance frameworks ensuring compliance, security, and data quality.
• Lead cloud migration strategies and optimize infrastructure costs on cloud-native platforms.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and conduct architecture reviews for engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering or AI.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Expertise in modern data stack technologies: Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Deep experience with distributed computing frameworks, specifically Apache Spark.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis.
• Proven track record deploying production ML systems at scale.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT tools and data modeling techniques.
