Description

Lead technical design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications while mentoring development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Build responsive front-end applications using React JS, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design sessions to ensure adherence to standards.
• Drive technical decision-making and solution design discussions with customers and enterprise architects.
• Support production deployments, critical issue resolution, and CI/CD pipeline automation.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of software development experience with 3+ years as a Technical Lead or Senior Java Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Experience with React JS or Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript for front-end development.
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and RESTful APIs.
• Practical knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud platforms and CI/CD practices.
• Proven customer-facing experience in onsite roles with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
