Description

Lead the design and deployment of conversational AI applications across IVR, chat, and voice platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI applications, including chatbots and virtual assistants.
• Work with Generative AI models to fine-tune LLM-based conversations for context-aware interactions.
• Develop and optimize natural language understanding (NLU) and processing (NLP) models to improve intent identification.
• Integrate AI solutions with RESTful APIs, web services, and external data retrieval systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build intuitive user interaction flows.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of relevant technical work experience.
• Hands-on experience with LLM development and Generative AI models.
• Experience with conversational AI projects and intent identification.
• Proficiency in integrating AI solutions with RESTful APIs.
• Experience with NLU and NLP model optimization.
• Knowledge of web services and external service integrations.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing and implementing conversational AI knowledge on Kore.ai.
