Description

You will lead the design and deployment of conversational AI applications across IVR, chat, and voice platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI applications including chatbots, virtual assistants, and IVR systems.
• Build and refine LLM-based conversations to ensure high-quality, context-aware user interactions.
• Develop and optimize NLU and NLP models to improve accuracy and intent identification.
• Integrate AI solutions with RESTful APIs and external web services for seamless data retrieval.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement end-to-end conversational workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant technical work experience.
• Proven experience developing and implementing Conversational AI.
• Hands-on experience with NLU and NLP model optimization.
• Proficiency in integrating solutions with RESTful APIs and external services.
• Experience with intent identification and LLM development.
• Strong understanding of web services and data retrieval.
• Any Graduate degree.

• Direct experience with Kore.ai.
