Technical Lead

You will lead technical delivery and application management within a manufacturing domain.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with client application owners and project stakeholders to align on technical requirements.
• Analyze the client application landscape, processes, and technology skill requirements.
• Document business requirements and secure formal approval from BFS project stakeholders.
• Manage capacity, including the demand and fulfillment of resources for application maintenance.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to manage and deliver assigned tasks and provide regular status reporting.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in IBM Informix 4GL.
• Expertise in Informix Genero.
• Deep domain knowledge in Manufacturing.
• Experience managing offshore delivery teams.
• Ability to perform capacity management and resource planning.
• Any Graduate degree.
