Description

You will lead technical delivery and application management within the manufacturing domain, acting as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and offshore development teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the client application landscape, processes, and technology skill requirements to define technical strategies.
• Liaise with client application owners and project stakeholders to align on technical requirements and secure formal approval for business requirements.
• Manage capacity planning, including the demand and fulfillment of resources for application maintenance.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to manage assigned tasks, ensure timely delivery, and provide regular status reporting.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in application management or technical leadership.
• Expert-level proficiency in IBM Informix 4GL.
• Expert-level proficiency in Informix Genero.
• Deep domain knowledge in the Manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience managing offshore delivery teams and distributed resources.
• Strong capability in capacity management and resource planning.
• Any Graduate degree.
