You will lead hands-on development of client-facing wealth management tools, balancing technical leadership with active coding.

Responsibilities

• Build backend services using Python and AWS Lambda, optimizing performance and reducing cold starts.
• Develop modern frontend components using Angular and TypeScript, focusing on UI performance and state management.
• Design reusable components, technical patterns, and coding standards aligned with serverless and event-driven architecture.
• Perform code reviews, mentor developers, and troubleshoot cross-platform issues related to latency and data consistency.
• Support automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployment practices for reliable releases.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience with a strong background as a Technical Lead or Senior Full Stack Engineer.
• Expert-level Python development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience building backend services using AWS Lambda.
• Hands-on experience with Angular 14+ and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services including SQS, SNS, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
• Experience designing and building event-driven microservices and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of serverless architecture and cloud-native development.
• Experience with API design, integration patterns, and debugging performance issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in wealth management, investment platforms, or financial planning tools.
• Experience integrating legacy platforms into modern AWS-based ecosystems.
• Knowledge of financial services compliance, security, and data handling best practices.
